Should I mail my Medical Form to the Eurotech® National Office?
NO – Please bring all your Medical Forms to camp with you on teh first day of camp. You will be required to hand in these forms at check-in at registration and you will have the opportunity to meet and speak to our Athletic Training staff if needed about any special medical situations that we need to be aware of. Please note that under ACA (American Camping Association) guidelines and as Eurotech® Policy, campers who do not have these forms will not be permitted to participate until the forms are received and fully completed with proper signatures, etc.
