Agree with above. You do have authority issues. Nobody’s gonna tell you nuthin. You don’t understand that a person hires you to do what that person wants you to do, the way that person wants you to do it. You have an entitlement mentality. If your work is so wonderful you don’t need to follow guidance, go into business for yourself. Then you can hire and pay people who think they know more than you and resent being told what to do. You can deal with employees who curse you and the ground you walk on, and who accuse you of being a control freak because they ask you to do what they hired you to do. They promised you how wonderful this job would be? (Entitlement mentality) I’ll bet you promised them you would be cooperative and do the job they were asking you to do.
