Should I keep my resume to being just one page?

If you have extensive, relevant work experience for the job for which you are applying, then it is ok to have your resume flow onto multiple pages. If it is more than 2 pages, then I recommend you summarize your experience on the first page, and then have the detailed descriptions on the subsequent pages. However, I would definitely keep the entire resume to less than 3 full pages, regardless of how much experience you have. You can describe your experience in a concise fashion without sacrificing any content within 3 pages.
