By fiber flooring are you referring to laminate flooring? If so, I’d avoid that in the bathroom and kitchen. It does not hold up to water well. The first time you get exposure to any moisture the floor will swell up and have to be replaced. Ceramic Tile or sheet vinyl will work better in those places. If you intend to use the property as a rental – I’d go with sheet vinyl. It will be a cheaper option and is easily replaced if needed.
