This is not required, however, is recommended. Inputting a tracking number or a delivery confirmation number into our system will speed up claim processing. This is NOT required, but recommended. It is very easy to add a tracking number into inkFrog. If you click on the ‘order details’ link from the sold section, you can input the tracking number.
