SHOULD I INCREASE WEIGHT OF BOWLING BALL.?

0

Take your ball into your local pro shop- if you haven’t bowled for over 10 years, and you’ve had kids since you had that ball drilled, there’s a pretty good chance that your hand has gone through some of the normal changes that we all experience as we age. If your bodyweight has changed, whether up or down, there’s a good chance your finger size has also changed, meaning the ball won’t fit your hand as well as when it was drilled. Also, our hands and wrists tend to gradually lose strength and flexibility over time as well, so even if the holes still fit, there’s a good chance your finger pitches (the direction the holes are drilled into the ball- they are rarely if ever drilled directly towards the precise center of the ball) or span (the distances that the finger holes are from the thumbhole) have changed. Plus, if like so many of us, you’ve spent a lot of time on computer keyboards, your wrists may be feeling the effects of that as well. Bottom line is this- have a qualified pro shop
