Should I include my Roth taxable income in adjusted gross income (AGI) on the Noncustodial PROFILE Application?
Yes. Report your AGI exactly as it is reported on line 37 of the 2010 1040 or on line 21 of the 2010 1040A. Report the amount of any rollover attributed to a converted IRA from line 15b of the 1040 or line 11b of the 1040A in question I2. Clearly state that the income reported is the result of converting funds from a traditional IRA to a Roth IRA.
