I would give it a couple of days and if it doesn’t clear up go back and say you need something else. I was given the pessary treatment, which i have never used before and terrified me so late in pregnancy, but its the best treatment as it gets rid of the problem rather than just lessening the symptoms. Other than that you could try natural yogurt.
