We have to ask every one for ID so as not to discriminate. You give your bank details to the recruitment consultant because if you do temporary work, it is Reed that will pay you not the company that you actually do the work for. Reed pay you and charge a higher rate to the company that you worked for. That’s how Reed make their money.
