Should I get the Lenovo ThinkPad X61T laptop, or the HP Pavilion Artist Edition DV2890NR laptop?

You will not find a more reliable and better built laptop then those made by Lenovo (formally IBM). If you should ever have to call tech support (a given with HP, not so with Lenovo) at Lenovo’s tech support is US based (Atlanta and Kenesaw GA, while HP is based in Costa Rica). Below are reviews on the Lenov; I am unable to find anything on the HP, which just proves that it is not all that mainstream of a laptop. The HP is just sexier looking, and that is the only feature benefit it has over the Lenovo. You need to choose what is more important to you, functionality, performance or style? A better option for you may be the X61 tablet edition as has a touch screen and one note software that includes hand writing recognition.
