Should i get a lizard?

If your a beginner with lizards I would recommend something like a Bearded Dragon, they are kind of expensive in the beginning but after the initial purchase they are relatively inexpensive to look after. You will need at least a 50 gallon breeder tank and a substrate, heating devices and food. Make sure the tank is escape proof and the substrate is something like shredded aspen. They eat foods such as Crickets, lettuce, carrots and other veggies although crickets make up the main course of their diets. Here is a link to a site on Bearded Dragons: http://www.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bearded_Dr… Another great starter reptile is a Corn Snake, now I know that this is not a Lizard but they do make great pets and are less expensive in the beginning. The tank should be at least a 20 gallon breeder tank that is escape proof because these snakes will take advantage of the tiniest cracks! Their food is mainly frozen thawed mice
