Should I get a Horse, Miniature Horse, Pony or Miniature Pony 🙂 ?
Miniature ponies don’t exist. If it’s a miniature, it’s considered a horse. Ponies are just that–small. That’s why people confuse minis and ponies, when in reality they are two separate categories with different breeds in each. You shouldn’t get anything unless you have sufficient knowledge to care for it, train it (if it’s not already), and handle it–or if you’re willing to pay big bucks for someone else to do it. Horses are not dogs; they are a lot of work and require a good deal of commitment and responsibility. If you’re asking which of the four (or three) you should get, that depends on what you want. If you intend to ride this horse/pony/mini, you need either a horse or a pony–depending on your size and age. If you’re a large person, a horse is probably better suited to you than a pony.
