Should I get a 2007 civic si, Civic ex, Jetta SE or Wolfsburg, or Mazda 3?
My wife and I just found out that she is pregnant, and will be due in November. I currently have a 2 door coupe Honda Prelude. This is not exactly a car for a family….soooo….I am looking at getting a nice conditioned used car, certified if possible. I like all of the cars listed above, but which one would you get and why? This car is going to be my car for the next 5 years, God willing. So please let me know which one and why (good reasons). Keep in mind that the Civic Si only comes with Manual transmission. You and your wife may be able to handle this, but if the child is asleep in his/her carseat, downshifting and upshifting could change that in a hurry 🙂 The Civic EX and the Mazda 3 are going to be very reliable and last you well over 5 years with regular maintenance.
