Should I feel nervous going into a new job that Im over qualified for?
going into a new job can be nerve wracking, regardless of over qualification or not. being successful at a new job isn’t always just your qualifications. it also depends on how well you do or don’t work with your co-workers. it can also depend on how well you get along with your management, and if it involves customers, your relationship building abilities with them too. if you aren’t nervous, don’t worry about it, it may just be confidence that you know you will do well at this new job, and confidence is a great thing to have when you are starting new at anything….
