Should I exercise when Im losing 1 pound a day on a low carb diet?
i think you should run for 30minutes-1hour each day along with maintaining your diet you want to get your stamina good for when you have lost 15-30 lb so you dont burn out when you decide to workout out to lose the one lb a day, you might also look into doing some ab workouts for about 10 minutes each day along with running and mainting your diet (i know muscle weighs more than fat but when losing weight substituting muscle for fat isnt bad at all expecially if your running for long periods of time, which works our abs a little bit)
