Should i eat my daily amount of calories even if im not hungry?
i used to only eat about 900 calories a day and never get hungry and i was a normal weight i wasn’t tired and i was never worried about it but recently my boyfriend asked me to try and eat more and since then i’ve been eating at about 1400 calories a day and i don’t feel any different, in fact it sometimes makes me a bit sick eating the extra food. if you honestly don’t feel hungry and you’re healthy you shouldn’t force yourself to eat more than you feel you need but you should probably try it for a while just to see if it makes a difference.
