Should I do an Economics course (A level maybe)?

I do Economics at A-level and so far it’s been much easier than I thought. My advice to you would be to go for it, economics is an extremely useful subject and if you have a passion for it, it gets a whole lot easier. The only remotely tough part about Economics is the graph work, as far as maths goes, you only need basic knowledge such as how to convert numbers into percentages. Good luck if you decide to go ahead with it, just be prepared to do quite abit of reading (I get the feeling my teacher likes printing out worksheets too much).
