In OMS – now the Excessed Staff Selection System (ESSS) – principals view their applicants’ profiles in real time; submitting new applications does not result in duplicate applications to the schools at which you have already applied. If you remove an application from your profile, then your application will be removed from the principal’s view and you will no longer be considered for that vacancy. If you are still interested in the position, be sure to keep that vacancy on your profile.
