Kathy Morris hopes to build staff commitment for the grant period of three years. This would be ideal for team-building, community-building, and optimum student learning. Her hope is to build such an exciting school that no one would want to leave! Having said that, there would not be any kind of contract that would accompany a teacher-principal commitment/understanding.
