Go with the laser. I had the injections done and they were very painful and didn’t last. They were all back in a year.

Sclerotherapy uses an injected solution to diminish spider veins, whereas laser therapy uses targeted laser light. Both treatments are effective at removing spider veins, but different patients will experience varying degrees of success. Laser vein treatment has the benefit of no injection.
