well both arent the same galaxy is a 3D platformer whereas NSMBW is a 2D platformer NSMB is like the oldsschool mario’s and galaxy is a little bit more leaning toward mario 64 both of them are great and if you have freinds over regularly and want to play with 4 people then NSMBW is you best bet but if you want a more challenging, funner(all mario games are fun but galaxy is awesome!) and all around slightly less repetitive gameplay then galaxy is your best bet it really all depends on your opinion but im hoping to buy galaxy when it comes out until then monster hunter tri will keep me busy!
