Should i buy a simple h20 reverse osmoses system?
Simple H20 is a company based in Woodbridge Toronto, owned by Trevor Brisbois, he also owns Tri-Star vacuums. First of all these machine are sold to you for over 6400 plus hst, which doesn’t make sense because both these machines are poorly made in china and bought for a low price of a little under 100$, they are sold to the distributors for over 700$ and sold to the customers for over 6400$. Second of all these machines have lots of problems, they leak, the pump breaks, and the ceramic filter breaks as well. They tell you there is a warranty for 25 years, however it’s not true, most of these machine are sold in rural areas, the distributors once the machines are sold won’t fix it for the customers. Forth what the sales people don’t tell you is that you’re paying for 120 month for these machines that means 10 years. Fifth they will tell you get 5 years supply of soap which is not true. I bought one of those simple h2o , for about 3000 dollars and I had a problem with it , the machines started leaking all over my cabinets, I called them because I was told about the warranty and they gave me a 1800 number and they told me that this wasn’t there problem but where I bought it from. So right now a have a 3000 machine that I pay for every month that is not working, if you are looking to buy this machine don’t because frm what I researched after its **** and apparently its made in china, its not even approved by the government in Canada and if you get a call from h20 pros make sure to know this is a scam.
I worked for h20 pros on 5370 Canoteck in Ottawa and the sell the simple h20, it’s the biggest scam, they tell you your salary is 3000$ a month and we never get paid. The owners there have told us that the simple h20 units are made in china and that there bad machine. I know that there always having problems with there systems. Don’t spend 6400 of your hard earn money on this , you can buy much cheaper systems that are way better with a real warranty. And also becarful of the low monthly payments, they are for 10 years , your paying so much money in interest.
