Should I Bulk Up for 12 Months Straight, then Cut?

This question really depends on what is the weight you want to be when you’re done cutting. Normally you bulk 10-15 pounds past your ideal weight, and then cut down to that weight and maintain that weight and then admire yourself and your new shredded self. It’s not really along the line of a time frame. Some guys go through a bulking phase forever, because they never intend to cut down to a lower weight. Unless you’re a professional body building who needs to do a bulk and cut to destroy your previous weight and strength plateaus. Or. You could try your best and try and do a lean bulk. Which is basically bulking up without gaining the excess fat. It’s really hard but possible. Search ‘lean gainers’ Also, if you’re serious about bulking, check out ‘weight gainers’.
