Should I bring halal rice crispy treats?
Salam w Alaikum Peace Be Unto you It would be nice to bring them something sweet and rice crispy’s would be a sweet treat for them to have(I eat them halal). You may indeed be leaving your shoes at the door out of respect but it all depends on the family. My mother has nonMuslim women come to the house often and they usually bring cakes or cookies and my mother does the same when she visits them. It is all out of kindness and respect You should have a good time!
