Should i become an Architect or a Structural Engineer?

0

Most architects are structural engineers. It is almost impossible to come up with a logical building design unless you know what will be involved in the structural design. If you draw pictures of buildings that cannot be designed you won’t get too much work. When I started college many, many, many years ago, in order to become a registered architect you first needed a BSCE degree with a structural major and then you got to study architecture as part of a masters program so that by the time you were qualified to practice as an architect you had a masters degree.
