Should I become a PartyLite candle consultant?

I am considering becoming a Partylight candle consultant. I love the product and I love to entertain in my home. I swore I’d never sell anything direct sales though because it seems so cheesy. Does anyone have any pros and cons to becoming a consultant or know if I have to host multiple parties per month? I would only want to do 6 or so parties each year.
