Should I become a Lacto-ovo vegetarians (they eat eggs and milk)?
I’m a lacto-ovo vegetarian myself. Try to get your dairy and eggs from organic free range farms. A lacto-ovo vegetarian diet is a very healthy diet as long as you don’t over due it on the dairy and eggs. Make sure you get the bulk of your protein needs from veggie items: beens, nuts, seeds, soy products, and whole grains.
