Should I BeachBodys/Tony Hortons P90X?

P90x is a great program, it is very difficult however, and in my opinion is intended for people who are already in semi decent shape. I attempted the program the first time when I was 60 pounds overweight, I had a really hard time completed the exercises the way they were supposed to be completed. I even had a difficult time completing the modified exercises. So I gave up. Through dieting I was able to lose 50 of those pounds and have been doing p90x for about a month now. It is still hard, but I am able to complete 90% of the exercises and feel like I am getting an outstanding workout. Of course I also run at least 10 miles a week and I believe that training helps push me through the p90x workouts, which are about an hour in length. Beachbody has a program called power 90 which has excellent reviews and a lot of people use this program to get in shape to start p90x. Even though I do not have that program, I would recommend that approach and would do it that way if I had it to do over.
