I wouldn’t be worried that there is anything wrong with your brain. I had tingling on the right side of my head and a fullness in my right ear. I was concerned like you so I paid for an MRI which was normal. That was five years ago. The tingling did not go away and I started getting earaches and swollen lymph nodes in my neck. What was causing most of my problems was a back wisdom tooth that was abcessed. It put pressure on my facial nerve which made my head tingle. I had no tooth pain in that tooth, but when they took it out, it was all full of pus. The pain in your chest is probably swelling from a lymph node in your chest area, I think you have some sort of infection in your ear, teeth, gums, lungs, saliva glands, sinuses or thyroid. The tingling and itchiness could also be an allergic reaction to the antibiotic. If they haven’t given you an antibiotic, maybe you need one.
