No, OxiShield Algae and Mold Barrier is a ready to use formula that can be applied with a simple garden pump sprayer, or it can be brushed or rolled on to the surface you are treating. (OxiShield should always be thoroughly shaken before use, and agitated at least ever 60 minutes in order to keep the UVRPs in suspension) Experience has shown that a clean, garden pump sprayer will provide the easiest most trouble free application of OxiShield.
