Should government issue full body scans at U.S. airports as another preventative security measure?

0

Amsterdam has already begun installing and using full body scans at airports as a way to ensure consumer protection against terrorist threats. These full body scans leave nothing to the imagination as each and every body part is fully shown to the airport security agent who is viewing the scan. The body scans are thought to be a much safer security device in that it will not be able to hide anything from security officers, thus enabling airport security to quickly identify any substances that may include explosives. Are these body scans helpful or are they do they infringe upon our basic rights?

What is your question?
