Your question is confusing. It appears from your question that you think that H1, B1, etc. Visas are issued by Govt. of India. It also appears that you don’t know what really a Visa is. Anyway, the sarcasm in your question is about the reservation policy of the Govt. of India. Yes, I think that there should be 100% reservation for ST, SC & OBCs in everything public. The non-reservation castes should be left to their fate and time will come when ‘reserved castes’ will ask for share in the personal property of such people. Jai Reservation, Long Live Reservation.
