Should Gang Tattoos Be Removed By Force?
1) They would be screaming about their rights. And you can not force some one to have them taken off. Also they identify them as gang members. More and more gang members are no longer getting gang tattoos so they are harder to identify. 2) There is a punishment for getting a new tattoo when people are incarcerated. They can be written up for it. And that can affect good time. Every write up can raise their security level. Every write up they get the judge gets to see when they are going to court. All write ups stay with them the rest of their lives. 3) That will never happen. Because just like every one else they have to be doing some thing to be arrested. They can not just be arrested for being some where if they are not causing trouble. 4) Maybe and maybe not.
