Should G20 Protester Get Compensation?
BS she didn’t have a bruise that big, I know how hard hits are and that was nothing. There’s no way a hit like that would do damage to have a four inch purple bruise on her thigh.* The officer has been suspended (unrightfully) so she doesn’t need any compensation. She was getting in his face AFTER he ordered her off, she brought it on herself. Also, those officers were caught between two crowds as you can see in the video. It’d very dangerous for the officers to be cornered by crowds, and when she got in that officer’s face it only made it worse. He pushed her off once, then slapped at her to get her off, and she still came back for more. Her fault.
