The Boone County Fire Protection District board has said that the arrests of two sons of fire chief candidate Kenneth Craft Jr. won’t affect their decision. Kenneth M. “Casey” Craft III was arrested in Lee County, Fla. in March 2004 at age 17 on suspicion of burglary and theft. He was not convicted, according to court records.
