A. Yes. Records management requirements are contained in 10 CFR 63.4, 10 CFR 63.16(f), 10 CFR 63.21(a), 10 CFR 63.21(c)(23), 10 CFR 63.71, 10 CFR 63.72, and 10 CFR 63.142(r). Guidance to NRC staff on evaluating DOEs compliance with the requirements for ensuring the use of records for future generations is provided in Section 2.5.2 of the Yucca Mountain Review Plan. Documents related to these topics must be included in the LSN.
