Should Denvers Tree Preservation Ordinance be updated to include trees in front yards?

Promote planting and support Denver Digs Trees. • Homeowners need to be able make their own decisions about what landscaping, including trees, works best for them. The trees may be causing problems with sewer lines or foundations that are not obvious to the casual observer or the homeowner may just want more sunlight or different types of trees in their yard.
