Should Death Row Inmates be required to donate their organs?

0

after being tested to see if the organs are viable and worth transplanting, they should be put to death by draining out the blood and removing the organs, since i wouldnt want to be cruel they can even have anesthesia. This would be a way for them to actually pay society back for thier crimes. As a matter of fact, inmates not on death row should be drained of a pint or two of blood every month, just to keep them docile, and if they want time off their sentence they could give up a kidney or slice of liver or something. If any judge or cops are caught putting people in jail wrongly, then they forfeit a kidney too.
