Should dangerous dogs be destroyed on the spot if they are out in public without a muzzle ?
It really annoys me that there is no law to prevent young or irresponsible people to taking their potentially dangerous dogs out for walks off the lead in public places. I love rottweilers, dobermans, etc. but I find it quite scary when one charges over towards me in the park because the owner may know the dog is friendly, but I don’t and what if he takes a dislike to me.
