Should criminal charges be dropped against JetBlue flight attendant Steven Slater?
Working in an often thankless customer service job and coping with the failing health of a family member Steven Slater is the stuff of Facebook folk hero status. Unfortunately, all the empathy which can so easily be extended to a flight attendant facing personal pressures, long hours, and rude, ungrateful customers couldn’t undo any of the harm his dramatic tirade might have caused. Despite the humorous slant to the reporting of Steven Slater’s actions, there is nothing amusing about workplace rage.
