Should contractors be submitting ISRs for Task or Delivery orders?
A. The eSRS will eventually have the ability to accept ISRs for Task and Delivery Orders, but the process must first be addressed from a regulatory and policy standpoint. SBA is working with the Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP) and other agencies to develop a Government-wide policy. The feature will not be “turned on” until there is an official, written policy issued by either OFPP or SBA.
