Should Christchurch Cathedral be rebuilt in the same earthquake zone?
When you don’t have a choice, you have to.New Zealand is a very small country and tremors originated from any place could be felt all over the country in some proportion.An area is in earth quake zone doesn’t mean that it’s vulnerable to earthquakes all the time.It means chances of earthquake are higher over there.Even there are many areas on earth lying on earthquake zone, but never experienced any seismic activity. Hence it should be up to the administration to decide, if they want to rebuild it over there or want to build it else where , but the real question is, what would be the reaction of the believers.
