Should Cameron sack Ken Clarke?
No – he is the only man that is exposing the lies in Cameron’s party. First – inheritance tax is a political aspiration not a policy and now the truth on Lisbon Treaty. Anyone with half a brain knew that Cameron wasn’t really offering anything on Lisbon – he was just grabbing a headline without offering anything. Ken tells it how it really is and if we are to get a Tory government I want to know what we are getting into first. EDIT – yes I am pro EU because currently rightly or wrongly that is who we trade with. I would welcome a sensible debate and vote on the UK future in Europe. But there is a stage missing for that debate and that is an alternative solution. If we came out of Europe with an proper exit strategy and plans to renew the trading agreement of replace the lost business we would be in huge amounts of trouble. And we need to bear in mind that the EU (without Britain) would also have to agree to our proposal. Currently there are too many ifs, buts and maybes. EDIT – Piers W
