She didn’t even imply there was no such thing as British people, what she was trying to put across that in the end, whether you like it or not, we all are descended from immigrants from Africa. If you hold a British passport, you are British, whether your ancestors are White or Black. Being White and born here does not make you anymore British than a Black person born here because in the end, as long as you have a British passport, you are British. A Black person born in the UK is Natively British hence why they are referred to as Black Britons.
