only cans with a widget in give that type of head i don’t know if you can still get them or not i know they were popular in the eighties in can of beer ( a widget is a device that is stuck to the inside bottom of the can and is full of gas when you release the ring pull it releases the pressure in the can and the widget burst open thus gassing the beer) i don’t think they use them anymore.
