A significant portion of the soap dispensed into the washer is not sprayed onto the clothes. Approximately 30% runs down the inner face of the door due to an improper angle of the dispenser which is set into the door opening. This seems to affect how much soap is actually applied to the clothing. This does not occur when fabric softenner is dispensed. The fabric softener does not run down the inner door face. 100% of the fabric softener is sprayed onto the clothing. Should I request a service call?
