Should American thieves and trespassers be rewarded with amnesty?

I would like to propose AMNESTY for Americans who are thieves or trespassers. My proposal includes the following: 1) All Americans who have been convicted of theft or criminal trepass will have their convictions vacated and records expunged 2) Americans will be given carte blanche to steal and trespass without fear of prosecution for theft or criminal trespass, respectively 3) Americans who have been charged with theft or criminal trespass and are out on bail/under indictment will have the charges against them dismissed I’m not sure how any of the criminal alien supporters will be able to defend amnesty for that group, while not supporting amnesty for AMERICANS who engage in similar conduct, but I’d sure love to see the attempts.
