Should all the documents/procedures that are referenced in the OP (e.g. the Emergency Response Plan) be included in the submission?
It is important to remember that OAs must submit all appropriate documentation that enables the CGSB to determine whether they are meeting the relevant PLAN requirements of the DWQMS elements. The Emergency Response Plan would include components that demonstrate conformance with the Standard, therefore, it should be submitted.
