No, you shouldn’t force anything on the child, if you think cos I’m assuming your trans, you may have had male clothes forced on you your entire life not enjoying it, how would you like it vice versa. Forcing something on a child can be hrmful to their developement, giving them the option is a lot better as atleast they don’t feel like it’s abnormal but nor is it harming their developement, there’s better ways to make the world more open minded, what your suggesting can sometimes, rarely but sometimes lead to suicide and a lot of the time lead to therapy.

Not forced, as some people have already mentioned. However, there are some things which men should be allowed to dress with if they want without prejudice, after all women wear trousers now (pants to you in the US). My personal “thing” is for knickers (or panties if you prefer). When I was younger boxers were not even thought of. All the boys wore briefs or Y-fronts. Boys wearing boxers may have been given a detention or visit to the Head (principal) as they looked more like women’s underwear (long legged cami or French knickers). I really don’t like them & it’s very difficult to get reasonable briefs now so I go for womens briefs mostly – from M&S. I’ve not been too interested in wearing much else so perhaps we should let fashion take it’s course.
