The special terms and conditions attached to the ADRC award require acknowledgement of AoA and CMS Grant Support in major products such as training manuals, videos, education booklets, journal and newspaper/magazine articles, etc. Meeting agendas, fliers or notices, and such are not required to have information on AoA and CMS Grant Support. In addition, grantees agree to include the following attribution and disclaimer on all materials developed for public distribution: “This project was supported, in part, under grants CFDA #s AoA 93.048 and CMS 93.779 from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration on Aging and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
